Collection of personal data

We at Lightronic may collect data from you in a number of different ways, which you will find further information about this spring Privacy Policy. When you create an account with us, we save the information we request when registering, which we do so that you have the opportunity to use your account and get the best possible user experience of lightronic.see and so that we can get in touch with you. This information includes, but is not limited to, personal information, such as name, photo and personal choices, billing and shipping address, email address, transaction information, purchasing information and technical information.

Cookies

When you log in to your account on this website, we will create a temporary cookie file to check if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain any personally identifiable information and disappears when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also create several cookies to save information about your login and your choices for designing the screen layout. Login cookies are valid for two (2) days and layout selection cookies are valid for one (1) year. If you tick "Remember me", your cookie will remain for two (2) weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be deleted.

Analysis

We use Google Analytics together with Google Analytics for WordPress by MonsterInsights to analyze how users find and use our website. This is done in order to improve your experience by e.g. make continuous improvements to the phone view. We may also analyze behaviors in logged-in mode to improve our services and make relevant revisions to the user flow.

Data sharing

We may provide your information to selected third party providers.

We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties, but may, with your consent, share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We strive to maintain appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information, which is why we choose our partners carefully.

How long we keep your information

We save information that is required by law. We retain customer information for as long as we deem necessary to meet the purpose for which the information was collected. When it is no longer considered necessary, this information is deleted provided that we do not need it to provide our services to you.

As long as you have an account with us, we save your information. If you choose to delete your account, this information will usually be deleted after one (1) year. We usually keep information from contact forms for six (6) months, analysis items for one (1) year and purchasing data for customers for ten (10) years.

Your account

Create Account

If you want to create an account with Lightronic, which we recommend to repeat users, you do it by in the dropdown menu Account select Register. Then fill in the information we request. We will then process your request to create an account as soon as we can, and will get back to you. Then your account is activated and you can log in and start using the services we offer via the website.

Login and logout

Logging in and out is done easily via the dropdown menu Account. If you are logged out, you have the opportunity to log in at the bottom, and if you are logged in, you will find the opportunity to log out at the same place, which we recommend that you do when you have used the page ready for the current occasion.

You can access your account settings via the drop-down menu Account in logged in mode. In the menu, select Settings. There you will find your account information on the Settings landing page, and in the left menu you can also navigate to Privacy where you can make choices regarding the account's privacy settings.

Account deletion

Do you want to close your account with us when you make that choice? Settings, which you will find in the drop-down menu Account in logged in mode. Select User in the menu, in the menu on the left you can then navigate to Delete account at the bottom of the menu, where you can choose to close your account with us.

Your rights

You can request that we delete all personal information we have about you. This does not include any information that we have to save for administrative, legal or security purposes.

In special circumstances, you can request correction or deletion of your personal data, a restriction of our processing or object to certain processing. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but reserve the right to impose certain restrictions and requirements.

In cases where we use consent as a basis for treatment, you can always revoke the consent.

We may change this policy at any time, but changes will not apply retroactively.

In some cases, All in One WP Security can be used. This is done in order to maintain the security of the site and reduce the risk of the site being hacked. The site is located at Loopia AB. We do this to increase security for you as a visitor.
