Group conference in Friibergh
The Dalco Group was at a conference in Friibergh in September and worked with development work at both group and company level. With us were, among others, Pär Mårts, former national team captain for Tre Kronor and Pär Pettersson, PhD in psychology and nine years in the Swedish Hockey Federation.
Every year we hold a conference at Lightronic together with The Dalco Group. This year's conference was held at Friiberghs Herrgård, together with Dalco Konsult, Dalco Redovisning, Pär Mårts and Pär Pettersson. Each company worked with internal development work. Bring us on Lightronic it meant a primary focus on strengthening the relationship between the various offices as we are located between Skåne and Jämtland.
The first day of the conference then ended with physical activities in the form of exercise sessions, canoeing, golf or boules. Good activities for both experienced and new coworkers by Lightronic.
On the second day, the entire group worked in seminar form regarding the employee role and teamwork. Work with the self, the team and the mission was held under the leadership of Pär Mårts and Pär Pettersson.
