Conference with Dalco in Nice, France
The Dalco Group attended a conference in Nice in May and worked on development work within each company, including at group level. With us we had the coach Simon Forslund from bootcamps, who held a training session every morning in central Nice.
Every year we go on Lightronic in conference with the whole The Dalco Group. This year's conference was held in Nice, France together with Dalco Consultant, Dalco Accounting and Relative. The 2019 conference was focused on each company working on internal development work, which brings us to Lightronic was very appropriate as we have grown during the year in terms of both order intake and Quantity employees. Partly because we will continue to grow. Together with our designer Conny Do, we devoted ourselves to the development of LED modules. Soon we will present a new spot in our assortment - Quadra which customers have already shown interest in.
We also worked a lot in seminar form with a focus on the team and new constellations internally that will take shape in the near future. Below you will find a Quantity photos from the group conference with Dalco. We would like to thank all employees and others involved for a rewarding conference. In addition to the conference, we visited Monte Carlo, Monaco and ate good food. Every morning, as well as one afternoon, Simon from Bootcamps held a training session. The Dalco Group had set health as the primary theme for the conference as a whole, which permeated the agenda.
During the spring, we hired a new fitter Lightronics new headquarters in Rosersberg, north of Stockholm. In the autumn, we intend to hire another fitter who will primarily work concentrated on one assignment.
